Organisational Structure

The Hermanus Rainbow Trust is continually developing its organisational structure so the we can become increasingly able to respond to the needs of our client communities and provide efficient and effective services. The Hermanus Rainbow Trust's organogram (below) will make more sense when looked at in relation to the programmes that we opperate. The organisation has developed a matrix structure for coordinating service delivery staff. Staff are supervised and coordinated at regional level by area coordinators, as well as by managers of their respective departments.
